Investment Director

Raphaël Kalfa

Raphaël began his career in Transaction Services at Advolis Orfis, then Deloitte, working on some twenty acquisition transactions on behalf of investment funds across varied sectors (digital consulting, road transport, agri-food, green energy), in France and internationally.

He then spent two years within a French investment fund as an Investment Associate. Before joining Harwanne as Investment Director, Raphaël was Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Compagnie Chargeurs Invest, where he worked on several acquisition and disposal transactions.

Raphaël holds a specialised Master's in Audit and Advisory from NEOMA Business School.

Secretary General

Angèle Caillault

Before joining Harwanne, Angèle held several roles, notably in lobbying and the pharmaceutical industry, where she served as Office Manager, Travel Manager and Project Coordinator.

Angèle holds a master's degree in Purchasing Management and a diploma in management and finance.

Expertise: cross-functional coordination. Committed, organised and passionate about continuous improvement.

The team also draws on key functions (chairmanship, compliance and ESG, investor relations, risk management) within a human-scale organisation.
