Raphaël Kalfa
Investment Director

Raphaël Kalfa

Raphaël began his career in Transaction Services at Advolis Orfis, then Deloitte, working on some twenty acquisition transactions on behalf of investment funds across varied sectors (digital consulting, road transport, agri-food, green energy), in France and internationally.

He then spent two years within a French investment fund as an Investment Associate. Before joining Harwanne as Investment Director, Raphaël was Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Compagnie Chargeurs Invest, where he worked on several acquisition and disposal transactions.

Raphaël holds a specialised Master's in Audit and Advisory from NEOMA Business School.

Angèle Caillault
Secretary General

Angèle Caillault

Before joining Harwanne, Angèle held several roles, notably in lobbying and the pharmaceutical industry, where she served as Office Manager, Travel Manager and Project Coordinator.

Angèle holds a master's degree in Purchasing Management and a diploma in management and finance.

Thierry Charles
Head of Finance

Thierry Charles

Before joining Harwanne Capital Management in 2008, Thierry began his career in a chartered-accountancy firm, before moving to ELIS. He then joined the real-estate department of an insurance group, SMABTP, before joining a private property company, Immobilier Développement, as Deputy Financial Director.

Holding an initial qualification in accounting (DECF), he broadened his background with a specialisation in law and economics applied to real estate (ICH-CNAM).

Sandrine Lakermance
Assistant

Sandrine Lakermance

Before joining Harwanne Capital Management, Sandrine Lakermance worked in several law firms as a legal secretary. There she developed expertise in administrative management and the handling of legal files.

Since 2015, Sandrine has supported Harwanne Capital Management, where she provides genuine administrative and organisational support.
